Petnership Veterinary Care

Our goal is to form a partnership with our clients and patients through accessibility, communication, and caring to help guide families through the trials and triumphs of enjoying our pets and creating a better life for all involved.

Dogs, cats, and horses can all become much more than an animal that is present in our lives; they become our loved ones and family members.  All members of our practice have been Fear Free certified to help ease the fear, anxiety, and stress that can come along with a veterinary visit.  We come to your home which eliminates the scary and stressful car ride, especially for the cats in our family.

We look forward to joining you on your veterinary care journey and hope to provide you with a tailored pet partnership.

Dr. Sara grew up in rural California with numerous dogs and cats participating in her childhood.  She started a horse journey when she was 8 years old at horse camp and has never looked back.

She attended Baylor University in Waco, Texas, where she missed having her own pets but enjoyed the horses through the Baylor Riding Association.  She joined the class of 2003 at the University of California at Davis School of Veterinary Medicine.  Upon graduation, she moved to North Carolina, where she practiced mixed animal medicine for a year.  She then moved to Tennessee and became part of Williams Animal Hospital for over 16 years.  Dr. Sara then teamed up with Mary to form Petnership Veterinary Care to provide home care for your pets.  She is known for her dog in the truck who accompanies her everywhere.  In her down time, she loves to train the dog, hike, kayak, horseback ride and read.  You might catch her out at a fast CAT (AKC event) or a Barn Hunt with her German Shorthair Pointer, June Bug.
