Petnership Will Be Away
January 23 PM - February 2, 2025
Resources for Veterinary Care While We’re Away
Skip to bottom for general local resources
Petnership will attend the VMX Veterinary Conference from the afternoon of January 23 through midday January 29, followed by a vacation until February 2. NO HOUSECALL will be available during this time.
Completely closed (noon January 29 - February 2) telemedicine services will not be available. Please refer to the local resources listed below for veterinary care during this time.
For Established Patients
Available only for patients we have seen in person within the past 12 months, in compliance with legal regulations
Limited Telemedicine and Teletriage (1/24 - 1/29)
These services will be offered as time permits between classes, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM daily. If your pet's condition is urgent or an emergency, please do not wait for a response—seek immediate care at a local veterinary clinic.

From January 24 - January 29, we will be offering sporadic telemedicine services, including:

-
Tele-triage: A remote consultation designed to assess your pet's condition and provide guidance on the next best steps. This service helps determine whether your pet needs immediate in-person care or if their condition can wait.
-
Telemedicine: A remote veterinary consultation. Telemedicine allows us to provide advice, treatment recommendations, and, if appropriate, call in prescriptions to a local human pharmacy. However, telemedicine may not be appropriate for all conditions and will depend on the appropriateness of remote diagnosis. If we determine your pet’s condition requires in-person care, we will advise you to seek local veterinary attention immediately.
Vaccine Records Access
Basic vaccine records can be accessed through the Pet Portal.

If you encounter issues accessing your records, it may be due to mismatched information in our system (e.g., email, name, or phone number). Please contact us before we leave if assistance is needed.
Where to start when Petnership Isn't Available
If your pet has a medical concern that is not an emergency, or Petriage has labeled it worrisome or urgent.
