  • Travel Fees - 

    • $40 within Rutherford County - we are no longer able to serve areas outside of Rutherford County.

    • This fee is charged 1 time/location.  So multiple pets/families can share this fee.

  • Exams - all Petnership Patients must have exams yearly to continue to be eligible for tele-medicine or medical services.

    • Initial Wellness/Puppy/Kitten/Medical - $75

    • Fear Free Annual Wellness for existing clients - $60  

    • Urgent same day - $95 

    • Recheck exams - follow up for continuing issues or continued puppy/kitten are less. $40-$50  

  • Vaccines - Petnership will not administer any vaccines or prescribe medications without a current exam by Dr.  Sara - this includes Rabies Vaccines

    • Rabies (includes licensing fee) - $28

    • Rabies Tag Licensing Renewal - $12

    • Canine

      • Core - Distemper-Adenovirus-Parvovirus - ​$30.00

      • Core Distemper-Adenovirus-Parvovirus with Leptospirosis - $30

      • Leptospirosis - $30

      • K9 Bi-Valent Influenza - $45

    • Feline - we have chosen to use the Purevax line of feline vaccines

      • Purevax Rabies/FRCP combo - 1 year -  $40

      • Purevax Rabies 1 year - $30

      • Purevax Rabies 3 year - $90

      • Feline Leukemia - $40  (kittens and select adults based on lifestyle)

  • Routine Recommended Diagnostic Tests

    • Blood Parasite Screen (Heartworm/Tick Diseases) -​ $50

    • Fecal Test (via PCR) - $45

    • Feline FIV/FELV -  $45

    • Routine Baseline Blood Screen -  $85-15

  • Miscellaneous 

    • Interstate Health Certificate - $35

    • International Health Certificate - $150

  • End of Life Costs

    • Quality of Life Consultation - $75 (Required for all potential euthanasia patients not seen in the past 6 months)

    • If euthanasia is elected the following Include Consultation and travel fee if in Rutherford County 

    • Euthanasia Costs  when scheduled 48 hours or more in advance​
      • Euthanasia with aftercare arranged by owner - $250

      • Euthanasia with Communal Cremation  (no ashes returned) - $375

      • Euthanasia with Private Cremation (ashes returned) - $475 

    • Urgent  Euthanasia with less than 48 hours notice add $50 to costs.   

  • Petnership Veterinary Care offers only limited availability on evenings and  Saturday, BUT NO late night or Sunday availability.  If you require End of Life care while we are unavailable we recommend River Run Veterinary - Dr. Sarah Fouts -  (844) 466-3838
